The goal was to get a built a contemporary urban infill housing by synthesizing three critical objectives. Primarily should provide a highly personalized, high impact aesthetic identity demonstrating he flexibility required to meet the clients needs and lifestyle preference. Light and ventilation was the major requirement including to that the indoor and the outdoor integrations which is generally terraces and balconies. And a minimalist yet modern looks to their villa.

Key features and design philosophy :

As the client requirements the villa is been incorporated to achieve the project goals effectively, the villa is built aesthetically pleasing locations with greenery around the villa with much spacious attached rooms in additions to the balcony with the shades on the terrace which gives the villa a modern yet elegant look. the villa also included with spacious park lot including two rooms. And with the contextual harmony which makes this villa a blended version with nature, with that its open flowing spaces while maintaining a privacy of the client and its light and the ventilation where the villa stands out with its huge windows and the balconies. Its concrete texture gives the villa a long shelf life. It also gives a modernity looks.
